Captain Cook Hale is licensed by the State of Hawaii for a minimum stay of 31 days.  
Please note: save 10.25% of your total rent if you stay over 180 days by being exempt from Hawaii State TAT tax.

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed in the house or the lanai. Thank you.

  • Rental: $4250

  • Cleaning fee: $300

  • Hawaii State GET tax pass-on rate (4.712%): $214.40

  • Hawaii State TAT tax (10.25% of rental and cleaning fee): $466.38
    Please note: stay over 180 days and you do not have to pay the Hawaii State TAT tax!

 

    Total: $5,231   (The actual amount may be slightly more or less, dependent upon Hawaii State Tax)
