Tropical Island 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with ocean views, tucked into 2 secluded acres of coffee and macadamia nut trees, and setup for monthly stays.
This traditional plantation style home is located at a comfortable elevation of 1,200’ in the Kona Coffee Belt, and overlooks the South Kona Coast, Kealakekua Bay, and Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Historic Park (Place of Refuge). You will be a short drive from several beaches, a couple of the island’s best snorkeling and diving areas, coffee tours and tastings, the Pure Kona Green Market in Captain Cook Village, hiking trails, and much more.
The property’s elevation makes for comfortable weather year-round, and the large covered lanai, furnished like additional living and dining rooms, allows you to enjoy the tropical surroundings even when it rains. The house is decorated with tropical style furnishings and décor.
There are three bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom on the main floor, and a second bath and laundry area in the basement. You will also find beach chairs and other beach gear in the basement.
In the living room is a new LG smart TV and a Sonos sound bar which is also a smart speaker, connected to highspeed Wi-Fi, for streaming video and music. There is a dedicated office room with a wireless printer.
The retro kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, including small appliances, and all the dishes and cookware you will need for extended stays. You can make fruit smoothies, bake banana bread, grill fresh fish, or whatever you like, and the knives are sharp!
In addition to the macadamia and coffee trees, there are avocado, lemon, Philippine lime, mandarin, lychee, jaboticaba, guava, mango, banana, and papaya trees. There is usually some type of fruit ripe any month of the year.

A Sonos speaker with Alexa voice control and smart speaker capabilities is available for guest use. Guests can download the Sonos app to their devices to control the speaker remotely.

Due to fairly open railings on the elevated lanai, this house may not be suitable for small children.
